Graduation Information

Preparing to Graduate
Application for FA17 was already submitted.  Application for SP18 commencement will be available during the fall and is due by December 29, 2017.

Degree Audit
Degree audits are available on your portal either electronically or in the document tracker. The degree audit is a report that identifies degree requirements that a student has fulfilled and degree requirements that need to be completed prior to receiving a degree. This report assists the student and the advisor in planning for final coursework. If you review your degree audit and you have concerns about it, please the Registrar's Office.

Participation in Commencement
Students may participate in commencement but must have completion all graduation requirements (foundations, major, minor, electives) with the exception of two courses. Because students may participate in commencement exercises with outstanding coursework, participation does not equate with graduation. Rather, degrees are conferred at the end of each term (Fall, Spring, Summer) for students who have met all academic requirements during that term.

Announcements
The College Bookstore has information about ordering announcements, thank you notes, appreciation certificates, and diploma frames. Contact the bookstore (located at the Bootsma Bookstore Cafe) for more information.
